Lion Cubs Celebrate 1 year

Big cats are a passion of ours here at National Geographic. The Big Cat Initiative is working to save lions, tigers, leopards, cheetahs, and jaguars. You can help too, through the Cause an Uproar campaign.

Recently, National Geographic Weekend radio had a chance to visit with some big cats in our own backyard at the National Zoo. Host Boyd Matson joined zookeeper Kristen Clark, behind the scenes, to meet and train the seven young lion cubs.
